Soufflet supports the inscription of French baguette to the UNESCO list

Soufflet Group supported the inscription of French baguette to the Representative list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Jean-Michel Soufflet, Chairman of Soufflet Group, sent a letter of support to the President of the National Association of French Bakers, in which he appreciated the effort of the Association to register French baguette "know-how" to the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

French baguette is an integral part of French gastronomy consumed in France on a daily basis. Baguette is more than just a bread, it represents the "know-how" of the whole production process of „wheat-flour-bread“.
